I was referencing the momentum created by those that buy/sell according to the pump/dump set by "Rosario" now posting under "FrankBallisteri". ragingbull.com I refer to those that trade according to his recommendations as "hooded followers" because while complaining about the tactic, they still recognize it's effectiveness and trade with the generated volume themselves.
