Two points: NEON growing through aquisition. This is the CA model and it doesn't seem to be hurting them any. Pick'em up cheap enough and it's a good plan. Speaking of lawsuits: Did everyone get their Class Action statement against the NASDAQ. I got mine and sent it right in. It should be good for a buck or two.
