Maya, I used $.034 per share, same as last Q. Interest income is the net of interest expense and interest received. C-Cube is still paying interest on $23M of converts. That's about $.008 per share.
Interest income could be a little higher this Q, but what will hurt EPS is the share count. Q1 closing price was $19.8125. Accourding to the 10K, there are 1.9M options outstanding that are exercisable at $19.94. Since the March closing price was below $19.94, they weren't included in the share count for Q1. They will be included this Q, with a closing share price of $31.6875. There are another 400K above $20. C-cube will need to count some of them too.
That's about a 5% increase in share count. If the shares were counted last Q, earnings would have been $.016 less per share.
