I did call them. They (CBAY) said that the NASD had 7 days from ANYI going effective last week to give the authority to begin trade. Bottom line is it could happen any time this week. CBAY is ready. It is just a matter of waiting for the NASD to say GO. There is a chance that the NASD could have "questions" which would start the seven day process again. Lets hope not but if they do we have waited this long, seven more days won't kill us.
