Fuchi,
again I would advise You to try not to pay option premium. On MSFT You could do the following.

For each lot of position:
1) Buy a CALL MSFT 110, 120 (should be really cheap around 1/4)
2) SELL a CALL MSFT at the Money (MSFT quote ?) -> GET PREMIUM
3) Buy a PUT MSFT a bit out of the Money but close, p.e. MSFT APR 90
