THERE IS NO JV PARTNER UNTIL THE DEAL IS SIGNED AND ANNOUNCED.

"Did anybody connected with Medinah tell you a deal with a major was imminent?"

MEDINAH HAS MADE NO OFFICIAL ANNOUCEMENT ABOUT WHEN A JV AGREEMENT IS GOING TO BE REACHED. THEY HAVE STATED THROUGH THEIR IR THAT GORDON HOUSE WILL BE HEADED BACK TO CHILE VERY SOON TO HEAD UP THE DRILL PROGRAM. IT IS VERY LIKELY THE JV WILL BE ANNOUNCED PRIOR TO HIM BEGINNING WORK.
