I was at the SHM. I did not detect any discomfort from Frank Peters, Peter Buswell or any other FCM person during the meeting that the unknown writer reported. The mood was generally upbeat.

Frank did give a clue during the SHM about the 4th Qtr. earnings. He said that FCM earnings are trending upward but there are spikes such as the USAT order last quarter. I am predicting $4.35 Mil in sales, just slight ahead of last quarter. This will reflect an increase in FNET sales and a decrease in FTEL hardware sales.
