debra - I'm not sure what to expect on NCT, but it has a further 2-3 points to go before CIT merger..frankly, I don't think it will happen. I think (and it's only my opinion) that NCT will either elect to go it alone or be re-courted by a classier partner willing to sweeten the deal. Regardless, this stock has been beaten up badly and has been a popular short play for some time.

Management has said they're going to meet (or beat) Q2 estimates and I think they might surprise nicely - I think we might be able to get 7-10 points from NCT over the next few weeks, if the short squeeze happens. JMO.
