Do you know who the financer is ? Also time frame for production? Chuan-I has agreed to support every shipment Pan Kai manufactures with a Letter of Credit. Standard Savings Bank has agreed to finance the Letter of Credit that Pan Kai is receiving from Chuan-I. The financing package from Standard Savings Bank will be a provision as working capital for the manufacturing of the ''Air Combustion/Enhancer Kits. 300,000 units will be manufactured within a period of three years, one shipment a month for up to 36 months.
