No, the sell-off is because the deal has no ascertainable value, is highly dilutive and includes essentially no premium whatsoever for seek. Motro gave seek away for nothing, and the absence of any valuation for the deal, either in the press releases or the conference call this morning is a deliberate attempt to replace value with rhetoric, and no one missed this glaring omission.
