Hi again Mike Regarding the 4 million; I do not know what it costs to operate an organization.....in order to keep it a viable entity..... so I will leave it at that. Regarding the reverse split: I have had the experience of buying twenty thousand five hundred and sixty six shares, with a private placement, for $1.00 a share. With the 20 to 1 reverse split I am now the proud owner of one thousand and twenty eight shares that are selling for $.12 cents..... and that doesn't include the shares in my brokerage accounts..... that I paid an even higher $ price. I would much prefer to have a total of slightly over 100,000 shares..... if they just had a plain old 2 for one split. I don't know what I would own if they just doubled the outstanding shares.
