you'd think the 70% DIS retained ownership in Seek would be a positive in that it would create a small float relative to current mutual fund/bank holders (float would look to be about 10% of shares outstanding, since banks and mutuals own at least 20% now), but there's some trading sites claiming Disney is retaining 70% just to decrease it's ownership when the new stock is issued (by dumping on the market to make back their initial investment). Disney is goofy, not Mickey.
