OK - This is the answer from the TECHNICAL Analyst, as from 22-MAR-97: (Cut/Past from a mail to me, yesterday): Stephan ONPT is in the biz of instant winner lottery tickts..chart is bullish. The stock weekly Parent trend is been bullish since Oct last year is long in the tooth...pushing the weekly oscillator higher and higher..ie; Stock----------Day/Week-----NASDAQ-Day/Week-----force----tech/fund ONPT---------buy/buy--------sell/sell---------------------no-----buy/hold? daily trend just when on a buy...so it broke to the upside.. So basically its going higher short term unless news bad news strikes.. this is where the fundamentals will help you decide., ie; if short term profit feels right take it. if fundamentally you believe the stock is worth much more then realice it will give ground..soon. the flat sideways action means the stock was trying go down but didn't ie; buyers met sellers so there was agreement on price. Breaking to the upside is bullish could mean shares are dried up and a new leg up is developing.. Mondays close should confirm direction.. but where is the meat? does the stock have substance? 8mill shares 24% insiders ... currnt ration 1.2 good earning -.01cent vs -.65 cnt... improving. sep sales for last 9 month lower 8.5 vs 13 mill sales good luck ... =====================================================================
