LITTLETON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 1999-- IPVoice.com(tm) is pleased to announce they have entered into a carrier agreement with STAR Telecommunications, Inc. STRX .
This relationship will help facilitate IPVoice.com's ability to offer immediate long distance at competitive rates until the company's international TrueConnect(tm) Gateways are fully deployed and operational.
By entering the agreement with STAR, IPVoice.com is looking toward the future of internet telephony.
