Well, just to share my experiences which might explain some of the softness in gnet here.... I sold a bunch of way in the money gnet calls today that I picked up before the split. Unfortunately options expiration this friday is a little early, before gnet and a lot of other companies report, so I don't have much chance at a pre-earnings rally. Also since gnet has moved so much the calls are quite pricey which means they are harder to sell, AND, (the real problem) gnet is no longer marginable at Discover so I can't call the stock, I don't have that much $$ in the account. The outstanding call volume is quite high, I'll bet a lot of people are in my shoes.... so, I expect the rally to continue after friday but some real choppyness until then. Friday might be a good day to add, in fact.
