MessageMedia Names Susan L. Morse Vice President of Human Resources Executive Joins Management Team to Lead Acquisition Integration Efforts
BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 1999--MessageMedia Inc. (NASDAQ: MESG - news), a leading provider of e-mail-based customer relationship management and direct marketing services, announced the appointment of Susan L. Morse as the vice president of human resources.
Morse joins the MessageMedia management team with responsibility for integrating multiple workforces and optimizing organizational structures as the company continues to move forward in its aggressive growth and acquisition strategy.

Recently, MessageMedia announced it has signed letters of intent to acquire Revnet Systems, Inc. and Decisive Technology. Prior to joining MessageMedia, Morse was with Centrobe, Inc. of Louisville, Colo., where she served as the division president of Human Resources since 1997. She was responsible for all human resources activities including merger and acquisition integration for this 10,000 employee division of EDS. She also worked with Neodata Services, Inc. in Louisville as senior vice president of Human Resources. Morse began her career in human resources from 1979-1993 at WANG Laboratories, Inc. departing as the director of Human Resources for the research and development division. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is a resident of Boulder, Colorado.
