Here is the full deal: (a) 1M shares at $1.50, with a one year hold period on the shares. (b) 1M warrants at $2.25, exercised within 2 years. There is a clause which states that the warrants must be exercised immediately if the stock hits a certain price. I don't know what that price is, but my guess would be the $6.00 range.
