maybe hawaii will elaborate, and i have some thoughts and questions:

- aol might want idtc so t and rbocs have to play ball with them?

- can aol leverage an idtc acquisition so to force t to open its cable access to aol, depending on how much traffic idtc routes of t traffic?

-aol may want idtc because they may want the telephony business?

-aol may want the isp customers (hispanic and europe)? we know aol want to expand in europe and the u.s. growth has slowed, both would fit nicely into their known plans.
