OGPS DD Report completed:
Jim B previously did a report on this company and I feel this is a good follow up to that initial report. I hope it is helpful to everyone.

I am very excited about the future of OGPS after my conversation with Gary Robinson, Investor Relations. Our discussion lasted approximately 20 minutes, in which, I felt his responses were very genuine and informative. Due to his busy schedule with all that is going on, I felt very fortunate he would take the time to assist me in getting this report together. Gary was even so concerned with what I had to report, he called information to get my number and requested to view it before being posted. He does not want people hyping the stock and wants to make sure the facts were being presented. In the world of BB stocks, you never know who you are dealing with and I take his concerns as justifiable. This also shows me that OGPS has hired a PR Representative who is truly working on establishing a good name for the company.
The reason the stock price recently declined is because the original financing deal with Pannstar Lines that was announced in the February 17th news release for $11.4M was delayed. Pannstar has scheduled meeting in England this month to complete their financing. Gary believes that OGPS is one of Pannstar's priorities and they are fully committed to fund OGPS. The sum of money OGPS expects to receive is enough for the APS technology, the planned online gaming and Internet business expansion, and further technology acquisitions. OGPS has made other financing arrangements in the event there are any extended delays.
There are numerous opportunities ahead for the APS 'Camera on a Chip' technology, which is considered next generation digital imaging technology. For example, they are working on a prototype surveillance camera that is wireless, can film at night, has automated panning and zooming capabilities which provides clear pictures. This has tremendous potential to revolutionize this industry. The cost of the technology is 20% of what the current CCD technology costs. OGPS has a great relationship with Via Space, Inc. LLC to develop and enhance the technology. Things are deninitely falling into place.
The company's Asian online gaming site is currently on schedule to be completed by the end of July. The company will begin generating revenue from this site immediately. The company has also announced the acquisition of a software development company that has expertise in the development of online casino software. This is part of a strategy to become more than just another online gaming site on the Internet. The Financial Times has estimated that the Internet gaming market will yield annual net earnings of $10 billion by the year 2002.
Due to certain privacy issues, the company could not release specific names to me. I was informed though, there are brokers who deal in penny stocks that have been in contact with the company and are in the process of initiating steps to build a position with the company for their interested clients. There will be a new friendly market maker that will begin dealing with the stock next week. This should also be positive for the company and its goals to increase shareholder value.
OGPS has not paid or hired the Meyer Group to initiate a promotional compaign for the stock. However, it is known they have taken a position as shareholders. This will enable OGPS to be recognized by additional investors.
It appears there have been many false starts in the market due to short term investors anticipating the marketing campaign and financing that is in progress to be announced. I think OGPS is a good medium to long term investment. Everything appears to be very positive for OGPS with their online gaming strategy and the development of the APS technology.
