Dman, AOL currently has $2.77 BILLION in cash on hand (http://biz.yahoo.com/p/a/aol.html). If they wanted to they could buy XSNI for $10 per share and still have over 85% of their money left over.

Did you ever ask yourself why AOL hasn't bought XSNI? Why are they spending money to gear up on their own instead?

They obviously think that expanding AOL's capacity offers more value than XSNI's existing network.

And we have no idea how much cash on hand XSNI has, or how much debt they are carrying.

Because they won't tell us.
