vinh, I would have to disagree with the statement that IDT would be a "perfect fit" for AOL. I do agree that NTOP would be a perfect fit, as would the ISP service, especially with its newly enlarged numbers of Hispanic subscribers, as well as Genie. Also if IDTC were really to buy into the Dutch ISP as H60 suggested. And the DSL connectionas well.

However, I doubt that AOL would be interested in IDTC's long distance business, although they do seem to have special deals with Sprint and MCI for good phone rates for AOL customers. The real question here that I see is why would AOL, itself, want to get into the long distance and calling card businesses?
