In case anyone still looks here.....I received a letter back from my senator as well as 1bout 100 pages of briefs filed by both HealthTech and NASDAQ. There is a lot said but still no final decision as the "case is in the adjuication process".

I decided to call the company and talk to Mr. Young or Mr. Larson the attorny, neither was in. I asked who was in and she replied Gordon. GORDON! Wow that was a surprise. Though he would be.....well I though he would be the same place I though Clinton would be. Well of course being a nobody but a stock holder they said he would take my number and call me back. Why don't they just say we don't want to talk to you now go away. That sure is much better then lying...... Guess I'll give them a couple of more days then try the otherside and see how the case is going against GYMM. Seeing I was told they are worth 10 times what they were when trading stopped, by Mr. Young, I would think a law suit would be nice.
