You are the same Neocon who this month or last was defending the posting of the 10 commandments on the basis that a minority's grievence does not constitute sufficient reason to affront the majority opinion and sensibility, despite the Bill of Rights unequivicable legal language supporting minority grievences.

This is an expression of the principle that law must be moderated by human understanding and circumstance. This is the principle I also invoke in this case. Were partisans less likely to use the letter of obscure laws, the simple truth would be that the man BC hit on the woman PJ, not that the govenor harrassed an employee.

The issue of the details of the hit upon are neither an issue of law, nor the public. As I've maintained, had BC been allowed treatment instead of persecution and damage, those details might have never happened and previous details should have been different.

It is the spin on the sex that keeps BC ridiculed, not the legalities.
