MB. The real or imagined Y2K problem represents the biggest threat to the raging bull market. The press is waiting until late in the 3rd quarter to start their fear mongering. So, whether real or imagined, Y2K may be just about the greatest opportunity to buy the dip. The Dow is now down 10 points..oh the humanity.

BTW, I have been buying the discount to a cash offer on EMPI today. Earnings just released for the past quarter make the acquisition of them a done deal. So you pick up 7% return on your money invested for 2 months with the usual assortment of risks. However, EMPI is a financially clean company so the acquisition should fly.
