Hello Peter

Good news and happy to hear of your mood swing.

Since Nick is monitoring, and on the assumption that at least in part the following included our Yamba Lake property, I would appreciate a call or an e-mail to explain the possible contradiction between the following:

Nick's information to you this morning:

There will be a summer program starting soon in the NWT and at this point it will consist of sampling and exploration.

And SUF's May 10th News Release:

SouthernEra is encouraged by the new geophysical and drilling results and expects to continue the drill programme into the summer, in order to evaluate land-based and near-shore kimberlitic targets.

If Nick meant exploration to include drilling then I look forward to further word of that program, but if it does not, I believe the company owes shareholders an explanation?

While you are at it Nick, would you mind terribly filling in the blanks on the following exert from the same May 10th News Release.

Processing of the airborne geophysical data set is in progress and final maps should be available in three weeks. It is hoped that this airborne data will increase the possibility of identifying more kimberlite targets. Kimberlitic indicator minerals continue to be recovered from more than 1,000 till samples collected last summer. Several pyrope garnets with excellent G-10 chemistry, and which cannot be traced to the previously discovered kimberlites, have been recovered from samples. This would seem to indicate the presence of further kimberlite bodies.

1. Since three weeks have more than come and gone, can the company now provide shareholders with a copy of the final geophysical data maps perhaps on the web site ASAP?

2. How many further kimberlite bodies have been suggested by the data and how many in total are now potential drill targets?

3. Have all the kimberlite indicator samples recovered last fall now been processed and plotted?

4. As a result of #2 completion, how many indicator mineral trains now appear to exist on the Yamba Lake property?

5. Can the company now provide shareholders with a copy of a final kimberlite indicator samples map on the web site ASAP?

6. Do any of the geophysical data targets appear to occur at or near the heads of the indicator mineral trains, and can this be shown on the web site ASAP?

7. How many of this summers exploration programme drill targets appear to be land-based and near-shore kimberlitic targets and can this be shown on the web site ASAP?

8. Finally, what were the findings on the resampling of the T-10 and Ptarmigan pipes?

Nick, my e-mail again is vaughn_del-valle@gov.nt.ca and you have my telephone number.

Thank you in advance.

Regards
