R, Northeast is being added to the Russell 2000, thats the reason for a large part of the move. Gilder letter is not a stock letter its a telecom letter without any regard for stock timing. The letter just happened to come out on the day the Russell 2000 inclusion was announced. This is not to say the Gilder letter isn't of value because I am a subscriber and I like the information.
