Doug,

There may be a little bit of coincidence taking place here, but while the NY Times article you referenced is similar, I mistakenly took it to be another one I read, one by the Boston Globe that was posted in the LM thread re the same subject. As Steven Rosenberg pointed out, however, the Globe is owned by the NY Times Organization.
