Since I don't know the answer, how'd you like a guess.
Begin C,H,S values were large drive placeholders
Somewhere on your hard drive there is space to record the values for Cylinder, Head, and Sector. (C,H,S) This space didn't contain valid, useful, or correct information. PM calculated what these values should have been, had they been stored, and upon discovering a mismatch, printed the error messages you saw. Your disk has this stuff stored in more than one place, hence, PM reports the 'BACKUP' values as well.
Again, I'm just guessing here.
I'd recommend you contact PowerQuest and learn from them what you should do about this. It could be a low-level formatting problem. If it is, you don't want to mess with it without technical support from the drive manufacturer or PowerQuest.
