I'm trying to get this right--Disney buys out Infoseek, but Infoseek holders get 28% of Disney's future on the Internet through a tracking stock that Disney shareholders get none of directly. Why did Infoseek go down today, it's the Disney shareholders who just got ...bleeped... Two years of holding almost now and I am so sick of this company!
