ViewCast.com Board of Directors Forms an Office of the Chief Executive; Bill Jobe Resigns as Interim CEO; Jobe Remains an Active Member of the Board of Directors
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 1999--ViewCast.com (Nasdaq:VCST), a leading provider of Internet and networked video solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has formed an Office of the Chief Executive to facilitate day-to-day business and that Bill Jobe has resigned the interim position to pursue personal interests. ViewCast.com Chairman, H.T. Ardinger, with Directors Joe Autem and Glenn Norem comprise the Office.
