I spoke w/ the company and... They say there is a 50/50 chance to trade tomorrow, but Wednesday is a sure thing. Got this from CBAY too, but I wouldn't post until I confirmed w/ the company. Everyone MUST REMEMBER that the process is OUT OF THE HANDS of Bany/ANYI. They can do nothing except call the MM's and nag... and they are. This has no reflection on the management of either company. They also indicated that the market makers will be scrambling early on the first trading day trying to build there inventory. They will be taking a bath if they have no inventory as this rockets up. I would hate to be the market maker on this one up front. ... david ... Remember Warren Buffet and now Mike Issener (sp?): ...look what a company will be in 10 years, not 10 minutes ...
