It bugs me that Disney buys/acquires the entire rest 57% of Infoseek (instead of just controlling interest) by giving away 28% of a hot Internet property like GO--I get none of the tracking stock as a Disney shareholder, and I'd rather have that now than the cruddily performing stock of the behemoth. If the Infoseek holders don't see what a good deal they got, and the price keeps going down, I'm switching every share over to Infoseek so I end up with the tracking stock before it has a chance to trade without being tied down by Disney's seriously lagging sectors.
