Earnings out....excluding legal and merger costs beats 30 cents estimates of 29 cents...but fully diluted with legal and merger costs just 22 cents EPS. will Wall Street look at the 30 cents or 22 cents?

backlog down by one million, not good
overall not a great earning report in my opinion.

anybody knows when the General Scanning $13 million will show up on the bottom line?
