Also the extra GLE shares for sale are they preferred shares sold after the dividend valuation day, converted to 4 common shares.

I asked this same question last week, but didn't get much of a reply from anyone. There were 666,500 Series 1 Preferred shares originally issued. Assuming that none have been converted previously and that all will be converted by July 20th (the deadline imposed by the company) that will result in 2,666,000 additional common shares. No doubt some of these will find (have found ?) their way into the market, but how many is the question.

Regardless, I'm siding with Chip and GLE and will not be parting with any of my shares in the near future no matter what the price.
