You are really slow. Why don't you get one person here to agree that mathematically, .75 times smaller means 25% bigger or that a positive number can get 4 times smaller?? The maximum a positive number can be reduced is 1 times. This is called a 100% reduction or 0. A number which is .75 times smaller is reduced by 75%. Is this really hard to understand?? This has to be an language barrier thing, no one can be this ignorant after this many explanations.
