"1. The Market Guide data is useful, but I'd like to be able to also get Price/Sales (ttm) and Profit Margin (ttm), both of which I am used to using on Yahoo's Market Guide stock profile. If QCharts could provide this data, I'd have no reason left to use Yahoo for quick research for daytrades!"
We do have Gross Margin, Operating Margin and Pre-tax margin. There is also a Sales/Share statistic from which it would be easy to determine the Price to Sales ratio.
"2. When Cursor Tracking and Cursor Window are enabled, the Price increments in the cursor window are generally too small for my use. I don't really need to see price incremented in 256ths. Is there any way for a user to reset this? I'd find 32nds much more useful."
This has been changed - the tracking increment for stocks is now 1/32 in the latest beta version of QCharts (available to paying subscribers only):

"3. Each time I create a new Time and Sales window, I have to reset the colors to my own preferences. Isn't there a way to save the color preferences?"
Not currently, but you can get around this by leaving a Time & Sales window open all the time in your workspace with the color choices you specify. If you don't want to look at it all the time you can minimize the window. If you set the [Sym O] button on the title bar so that it turns green, it will always show you the time & sales data for the current symbol in your workspace. To display the minimised T&S window just select it from the Window menu.
"4. What's the outlook for user-filterable Hotlists? I use the Unusual Volume and Trade-Rate hotlists, but it would be GREAT if I could locally filter out tickers by Price, Volume, etc. It seems like that should be an easy thing to do, yes?"
You can do this right now by putting your Hot List into a quote sheet. They you can sort the quote sheet containing the hot list by price, volume or any other column, in either direction. The hot list will continue to refresh the list every 30 seconds.
