Mike, I have spoken with Joel Beagleman about the R/S and he has assured me on two separate occassions that there will not be a R/S. He said that the R/S was talked about but only in the context of looking at all possibilities. A R/S was shown that it would have a negative impact on share price and thus is not a consideration. IOMH
