GLIA and CLTR happen to appear together in my watchlist. As a result I have noticed an inexplicably high correlation between the two over the last 3-4 months???

Yes, a friend commented on just this to me recently. In my study, their residuals (what can't be explained by movements in other stocks) were strikingly similar over the past 2 months. Might be there's a hedge fund/institution playing around in both. Incidentally (or maybe not), CLTR has apparently been heavily shorted of late.
