Hard to see where the Prince would come in to do more financing. he just filed to sell all of his shares. Maybe they offer him a can't miss bargain again? Of course this offers further dilution. The next 10k will be interesting.

BDE's cash burn will be higher than you realize. As of now, they don't generate much in the way of revenues. I haven't done any caluculations, but Zeev puts the burn at about $3mln/Q. This will leave the co cash short sooner than most realize. Maybe St Annes does nothing. It's possible. But as long as this deal is around, it still can be a time bomb waiting to go off.

I'll say one thing, this stock trades very peculiar. It is my first AMEX. Maybe normal for the exchange? Doesn't seem like it to me.

EDIT: One more thing. St Annes doesn't care about the co. They will structure the debt so that it doesn't put them at risk. I am far from an expert in understanding these type of things, but I know they cover their arses.
