Sure Gary...like a public service announcement. Maybe WSJ will place a small ad... or maybe Midland can place one for us...or we will just do it ourselves.

How would M/L like to see us begging for stock and donations to cover their short?

The problem here is that they will think up other reasons for not trading .... now comes the freedom of information act into play. Is there a way to request the files and records of this case under that law? I know that they do not comment on cases.... but maybe they should! Maybe it's time that people have the right to know what is going on with their "investment" through full disclosure of the records. Class action suit? Is there an attorney in the house?

In fact.... M/L should not be allowed to have any influence on the decision for Midland to trade or not.... maybe that is the view we should rally behind. How can we accept a panel with an "interested party" making a decision that affects us like this.

We should be picketing! Wearing barrels and rags.....and carrying signs! Unfair practices..... you get the picture.

Only a few more weeks until our one year anniversary. Not a bad time to draw attention to the matter.

Then again...we could be all wet and it is not M/L at all.
