Two possible short-term outcomes of the perceived MS threat...

1.) The perception of a threat is a good thing and is forcing WIND to do the things it has to do to meet the threat.

2.) The threat is making WIND ignore the things it should be doing in order to meet this phantom threat and is only giving MS time to catch up and pass while WIND hysterically thrashes about.

Any opinions on this...?
