Subject: Do you trade using satellite? A trader I know does, and he has this to say: "My market data feed is great. But my connection with my broker All Tech's server gets terminated after one minute of non use (must put a bid/offer out, or execute a trade). All Tech set me up to ping the computer constantly, but that does not work. If anyone uses satellite to execute their trades with a brokerage like All Tech in which you can use ECN's and SOES, please let me know with what brokerage. I am looking for a new one. I would appreciate it."
