It may not be ML but I got news for you the filings clearly show that on May 18, 1999 an agency (transfer Agent) monitored by the DTC issued stock and warrants to the DF on his signature only. Not in accordance with anything. I do not see a charge or suit against them.

Also the filings show ML is the one that sold the stock (monitored by the watchful eye of the SEC and NASD) but I see no suit or charges against them. Not even a report of wrong doing eother.

I see where drilling the internet, Steven got caught scalping 200,000 shares of common that he got without paying for them and he sold them and still has not paid for them but is wanting to sue for 10K of P and 2500 a month he was promised.

Wonder who got accused and innuendoed to death by DF voices on that little tidbit of compensation information. Amazing how changing the name is so convenient to unfocus the truth and facts...

I do not see DF's voices being drug into a hearing to be held accountable for their actions and manipulation of the internet media.

But also notice DF nor anyone at Arcon has been named in anything.

This stock story is going to be public before it is over with even if I personally have to pay for an ad to get it out to the real world. Maybe there is an attorney wanting to make a name for himself that will read it.
