Opinion: Microsoft is the one doing the hysterical thrashing about. Complete the following simple quiz to educate yourselves:

Q1: How many versions of Windows are in the marketplace today. What about by the end of 2001?

Q2: How many versions of Tornado are in the marketplace today. What about by the end of 2001?

Clue: don't confuse version differences with cross-platform support.

Microsoft should perhaps change their slogan to "How many versions of Windows did you try to run today?"

2.) The threat is making WIND ignore the things it should be doing in order to meet this phantom threat and is only giving MS time to catch up and pass while WIND hysterically thrashes about.
