I spoke with Steve Hansbrough on Friday regarding the "insider selling". He told me that those that sold were indivduals that had purchased shares in the last private placement. He told me that no employee had sold shares.

He also told me that they have 20 million dollars in cash with no debt. I was also informed that as more managed care companies convert subscribers the more rapidly sales will increase. They also anticipate a profit for this year.

This is a huge market and with an aging population can only get better.
