I see it the way you do. You are right. I've stopped accumulating Ribi because of this low blow to longterm shareholders style. A Med Tech newsletter that I read once in a while, by Jim McCamant, made mention of Ribi selling shares at way below fair value for unclear reasons and with the dilution effect to us long term little guys as being unfair.Doesn't sound like a great investment to me.
