MT, the only thing this company cares about is that the Barnes family gets their dividend payments. They don't care about growth. How can they grow if they are too afraid to risk their beloved dividend payments. 3 CFOs in 3 years, 3 Top Legals, 2 CEOs, a Dir. of HR who makes $240K+ a year just in base salary alone. They think of themselves as a billion dollar company and they expect to get paid that way. They have 3 SERP plans, 3 LTI Plans, 2 Exec. Ins. plans, etc. I could go on and on! Side note on Martin. Whenever they compare their financials to their peers, they ignore the fact that martin even got that monstrosity! It's just ludicrous the fantasy land that they live in. Sup.
