Can't find a symbol for Racom on Yahoo! Quotes. The reverse split probably passed and we are in for another symbol change.

Did I read the proxy right, 1 to 15 ? This after a 1 to 5 reverse, Ouch !

Let this be a lesson for Ramtronians...How long can this go on?

Considering the two firms virtually bought Racom for $170,000 last month, doesn't look like the company has much value. It's probably worth more as reverse merger. I imagine Rancis and that other guy will be gone within a month.
