There are a lot of rumors floating around - many on Yahoo.

1. A buyout of course, with a number of suggestions as to who
Lockheed Martin, Dycom etc

2. Large financing arrangement is expected - a line of credit suggested to be up to $200 mill.

3. Major coverage.

4. Major contracts - MCI-Worldcom just bought out the largest telecommunications company in Brazil - and it needs major upgrading. MFS is the logical choice (MFS does about $150 mill/year in work for WCOM).

5. EZ Pass about to be announced that they have completed the VPC.

6. All of the above

It isn't really acting like a short squeeze - although I am sure that is part of it. It looks like several groups are trying to accumulate large numbers of shares in a hurry.

I think we can get to $15 $20/share on just their current fundamentals, to get higher needs one of these to be true. And certainly something is up.
