David B., have to agree - deal coulda been better, I've been watching and waiting for almost a year, and I think your theory about Ronning's strategy is probably right. No reason to buy TSQD anymore, at best by my estimates buying TSQD at $5 when DRIV is $32 is the same as buying DRIV at $28 - and IMO you'll get a chance to buy DRIV below $28 sometime, so why get tied up with unsure TSQD float and have to wait until 4Q for deal to go through. :(
